Khaos

Main:

Khaos is a  fantasy/horror non profit 16 level project that takes alot of inspiration from the old school 2.5D first person shooters with the likeness of Doom, Hexen, Wolfenstein etc. My love note to the boomer shooters, It uses alot of sprites from Doom and Hexen which I have used to create my own game!

Plot:

The government have accomplished interdimensional exploration but consequently opened the gateway to the wrong dimension..the dimension of corruption, a nightmarish reality created by it's powerful god.. the titular main antagonist, Khaos. 

You play as a tough as nails, highly trained member of the reclamation team, tasked with correcting the mistakes the government have made, extinguishing all threats to humankind, but you have never encountered one like this before. Khaos with his army of evil plans to reign all hell on earth, which would spell doom for the human race, the dimension explorers before you that dared set foot in Khaos' realm have met an ugly fate.

Your only hope in defeating Khaos and his minions is go into the realm alone, as a one man army and take out the endless monsters quickly and quietly. This is probably a suicide mission. How can one man possibly even defeat one god?

Credits:

I do NOT own any of the sprites, music or assets in this game, they are all borrowed so therefore this is a non profit release with no rights to monetize solely made just for fun to test out my game creation capabilities, credit goes to everyone that made it all possible, I just put it together anyway that I could to bring my own FPS to life!

Final Thoughts:

I am a solo game developer, not professional by any means so I plan to take my time with this one! I aim to complete at least 1 level a month but you are welcome to play this project bit by bit before it all finally releases. You might find that it is rough round the edges and needs more time in the oven but I will continue to make more maps so make sure you follow me and stay tuned for more, there will be some helpful updates along the way such as more sounds, map polishing, new sprites etc. Your feedback is always welcome in the comments.  If there are any problems that you encounter, please let me know so I can get them patched in my next update.
